go to signaturecraft.us
click create forum signature
fill in desired info
click "generate signature"
copy the "Forum BB Code"
than go back to the forums and go to signature
click img on the taskbar and paste the Forum BB Code" between this
so is should look like this

than click submit and you should have it as your signature
