Well a fun plugin would be Player Heads
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/player-heads/
(Drops players head on death, like a trophy)
And the HealthBar
(Displays health above name)

But something that would probably get more people is adding currency and shop plugins, so factions can make money.
FloAuction is also a cool thing ive heard.

Things we can do now is maybe expand the world borders.
