That has been happening to me as well recently, I think it is a bug, but I am not positive what it is.

Yeah this is a bug with this version of mcMMO and spigot. Hopefully they can get this fixed soon. (or maybe I shouldn't use development builds)

This generally doesn't last too long when it happens, in my opinion it's fine as it happens for short periods of time infrequently
