Jailed for 4 weeks.
Multiple accounts of abuse:
- Using /tphere without permission from players
- Spawning god armour for two new people, as well as a large amount of enchanted books.
- Making large, expensive houses in creative and giving them away for free. Equivalent to spawning items for people. One of these houses even included pig spawners, a banned item that cannot be obtained in survival.
He has done almost all of this at least once or more in the past.

If I had a say in it, I would suggest Tricknick99 be banned. He is a constant nuisance and can be found breaking many rules all the time. In addition to the things listed above by BK, Tricknick has also griefed my town by building a massive spooderman statue on my claimed land then refusing to help remove it, causing hours of work for me. He has been jailed time and time again, yet he never learns his lesson.

And to top that, he is SD, he should read the rules that apply to this rank before even purchasing it, also I told him it is illegal for him to give god armor to members without an expensive price, but he gave it to the guy for free! Makes me mad....

To whoever unjailed him: I don't know if you know this or not, but unjailing people you haven't jailed is against the rules. If we find out who did this, you will be jailed as well. This also applies to anyone who unjails him in the future.
To Tricknick99: Stop begging everyone to unjail you. The time you were jailed for was completely fair and you must pay the price for breaking the rules. Ask one more person to unjail you and you WILL be muted.
Tricknick99 will be rejailed once the server gets back up. I feel it is only fair I rejail him for 4 weeks again, resetting his current time. (Possibly even longer due to the fact he has been begging donators to unjail him)

I would agree with you Qtee every time I was on the server Trick was trying to convince me he did nothing wrong, I told him I wasnt going to unnail him and to check out the forums to look but he claims he doesn't have access to the forums.
