Hmmm... it might of been a glitch... my friend got banned right out of no where, and he never caused any trouble. He got unplanned, but nobody knew what happened. He got the same message too. You might have what my friend got. I can't understand this problem some people get...

All payments from "Cecil Salamante" were cancelled on April 29th. All the funds have been transferred to its original owner. If you are serious about not knowing that you cancelled your own payment, check with your parents or the owner of the credit card/bank account connected to the paypal account.
