25+ lapis blocks places randomly around an area were removed, and that was just from what I could see. I have issued her a warning, and I'm letting other staff know for next time. This goes out to everyone, lapis outside a structure isn't something that should happen.

I really don't feel comfortable jailing for this. I give a warning first, and do not give them their blocks back. Afterwards, I would jail if they did it again.
