Recently in Skype Chat Beast has decided to give his rank to me and make me VIP Diamond. Would this be possible? (Later today I will provide the screenshot as proof, I just need someone to send me it to me since I used Prt Sc.

You could just paste the screenshot into a Microsoft Word document (or, most likely, any other document/presentation software which supports pictures), right click on it, and click "Save as Picture." I'm not sure if the exact wording of it will change in different versions of MS Word, but it should be similar.
