is this true inspironwins cuz gem and kittens and i think neko said u gotta be 13 or older for admin or mod and im not that old but can i still get it. BTW GEM AND KITTENS AND NEKO plz dont post on this cuz ik ur just goin to say i never said that or that u do hav to be 13 or older. I want inspirons answer

We werent going to post saying that we never said that! why? because we arent you, we stick to what we say and we dont change our minds. we honestly thought that because kittens and neko said that all of the admins / superdonaters said that was a new rule.
