I am certain that you were jailed, muted, and banned. Temp-banned at least. Your application needs a lot of work, and is basically 2 sentences with 84 smileys. This is not going to get you anywhere close to admin. If you are going to spend your time making an application, please take your time, so we do not have to waste ours.
