So appently u cant make enderman spawner things i am sad about that. If we cant make new ones to share why is there old ones?

I don't remember whom, but it certainly wasn't me.
A main part of my house involved enderpearls, so I needed the enderpearls from the farm we had but then they got banned
Thus I stopped using them.
And BK and other people wont respect that I'm not trying to make things irritable for them, I'm trying to make the server a better place.

I understand that, but for them they find enjoyment in levelling themselves in something that gives them a reward

And some people find enjoyment in robbing banks, the reward for that is good too.
