This may seem a little self-centered, but here goes... every year in the winter holidays, there's always the most depressing and trying times of my life, which, needless to say, get harder and harder. People try to take my time, effort, trust, compassion (what little I have), and mental integrity. Just last year I put my fist through another window, and earlier this month I cursed out the entire freshman class at my school (being a junior that's no real big deal punishment wise, but I hardly flip out like that) and our shops (vocational programs, yes I go to a VoTech) are starting a volleyball tournament this Monday. Christmas is a no-go because I've got no cash, and thanksgiving I'm stuck with too much family. Ideas, thoughts, helpful comments/stories?

Holidays should be fun. There's no such this as too much family? I mean, of course they can get stressful, but I love being around my family during holidays. ESPECIALLY "The" holidays.
I'd be lieing if I said I've been depressed, don't know what it feels like but I hope you have a good Christmas/Thanksgiving!

Depressed can be used like this, it is a synonym to sadness.
Depression is a mental sickness, and it feels horrible
