Ok, I have some suggestions, and I don't care if you hate them, I just want to post them.
Admin-
/nick (may not abuse, only change a few times.)
Moderators-
/tempban (max tempban 4 hours)
/socialspy
SuperDonors-
/unlock -_-
/tempban (max tempban 10 minutes and may not tempban admin or mod.)
VIP-Obsidian-
able to spawn diamond blocks with /item

I agree with the diamond thing, you can spawn in diamonds, but not diamond blocks, lol.

/unlock , yeah we don't need it but its hella nice to have. You know how many times my OKV project was stalled because of lack of permissions? It was SO annoying.
Tempban for ten minutes? XDDD That's a jail. But, I think tempban would ALSO be nice to have. Jailing and muting at the same time just doesn't have the same message.
Mods - socialspy ... Yes!XD They're staff, I never understood why dey don't have dat.
