I haven't been able to get on much at all within the past two days because I am having financial issues so we don't have internet, an I was told in private message on the forum that I was banned.. Why?

I made those a long time ago, and I didn't make them for lag. I was playing around with one of my server friends and we made it to make the most obnoxious sounds.
