Oh, alright. So when you post a topic, you should see, below the "Save draft", "Preview", and "Submit" buttons, there's a slightly tinted blue rounded box. In it, it should have check boxes with "Disable BBCode", "Disable smilies", "Do not automatically parse URLs", etc. Now, that's in the "options" tab of the blue box. You don't want that. Next to the "Options" tab you should see a "Upload attachment" tab. Click it. You should see two options: "Filename" and "File comment". Click "Choose File" to the right of "Filename", and select your picture you want. Then you can add the file comment, which doesn't really matter. The File comment is like a caption. Then, click "Add the file" and submit!
