How are you all today my friends?
Please take a seat.
Well I gathered you here today to discuss the possibility of me, Mcmanaway1 gaining the rank of Admin.
As many of you know I help out a lot on this humble server of McTopia, and I would love to continue as I do, but would you want me to be at such a high rank as Admin to help support you on your day to day lifestyles. Well then you may ask, What have you done to earn this sort of rank, Can we trusted you, and what can you expect me to do with such a high rank as Admin.
Well everyone, it's time to discuss the facts that I can provide you with what I can do with the wonderful rank of Admin.
Firstly, everything I currently do to date will continue, as over the years I have played on this server, my silly mistakes have been patched up and fixed to represent a supportive player in the McTopian community. Often my friendly gestures have been taken too seriously and have upset some players, but after sincere apologies these matters have been sorted. This is one area I can provide to you, if I ever fail in my duty, you can expect an apology and see me try my best to fix any mess I may have caused. Something else you can expect is a lot of community builds, and stepping in to help.
Firstly the community builds, recently I have been building rooms and opportunities for members of this server to sell their precious good and collected items at the Mctopia Mall next to spawn (/warp mall). This was one thing I promised in my last campaign for Admin, this shows I can be a man of my word, and that I can follow through with my expectations, however many problems are discovered.
Secondly the stepping in to help, when someone is building a large structure and might not be able to pull it off on their own, they can ask me for help. Just recently I have helped Chall out on one of his own community builds by spending some of my off time fixing some of the terrain and finishing the walls. Whereas if Chall did this all by himself he may have taken hours to complete this task, but with help of an experienced member of the McTopian Community the task will be completed in less time than it would have been if he tackled it alone. These are just a few things that can be expected of me even if the campaign for Admin does not go ahead, as I don't need a shiny rank to continue though with tasks that can easily be done with the rank of Admin.
Can you trust me, I can say yes. As a veteran player and someone who knows a lot about the server I can be easily relied upon with any questions or knowledge of this server. If someone wants to know where an old town was, and wanted to explore the history of the location. I can easily point out the direction to bossville and give a tour if required (/warp newbossville). But with all this, can you trusted me?. That is up to you to decide, but would I not be trustworthy if I am still around, your only knowledge of me is that idiot kid who burned my house to the ground, then made a forest overtop. If you say oh, thats never happened before. Do you think that I can be trustworthy, would many players including the staff be my friend if I wasn't trustworthy. I wouldn't think so, If I wasn't trustworthy I would have been exiled along time ago, and left to ponder why I was still allowed on this server if everyone hated and ignored my questions. But as I said earlier, its is up to you to decide my trustworthiness, as this can only be judged on past actions, not sucking up in the near future.
Lastly, What can be expected of me if I get this large honor of a rank. Well this is a simple question, And I have mentioned the answer above. Just me being me.
What does he mean?? you may ask, well its simple. Just because there is a new rank on the table doesn't mean I need to change my ways to look like the coolest kid in town. I just have to act like I normally would, just be me. As when you see others apply for the ranks, they act like they promise for a month or two. Then you hardly see them again as they die out from not being themselves, and acting like a different person. But with me, I will act like I normally do. But be more restrained and thinking before acting. As this gets people in trouble, and may harm others feeling and make them not want to be apart of this community.
Just before I wrap this up I would like to mention a few things that I have done in the past (On the forums) and have been successful, recently I made a post questioning why people were using vile language and intentionally trying to harm others. This post was there for people to read then think about their actions and what they could improve on in a later date. Some of the fact may have not been 100% correct, but many members questioned how they have been acting on here, and asking themselves if they were making the forums a friendly environment for children. I myself must say this was one of my successes, seeing how someone read what I was trying to display to them, and seeing them change and become more mature and making this server a friendlier environment for younger people. Which is why I must say thank you to you guys who changed your ways in the past weeks.

great great great work my friend, you seriouslky deserve it. mcmanaway is always helping me out with some important things that most members might need e.g. trading,patching griefs. all that stuff that admins are doing. I can deffinetley gaurentee he will stick to his promises in his app.
best of luck you deserve it man, while my computer is wrecked I cant go on mctopia. but when I can, I hope to see you as admin.

Mcman, you have changed a lot throughout the year. You were the super troller and you crashed Slurpie and Tobi's wedding day which made many people pissed at you. You have been a jerk to me and others before. Now, you are a much nicer guy and loved by everyone. You do exciting/fun things for the server and would a good guy to be in control of members.
