He is a kid who is unwanted on the server. He was banned and ip banned. But he can still get on the server using different accounts via minechat. Minechat requires no ip so that's how he is getting on. Each new account he gets on the server with gets automatically banned when known its this said person. Clear things up? This is just a kid who needs to move on.
