He's saying that another player has a girly voice, and hes harassing him about it. He also gave out his full name, and location. He said that he wouldn't get in trouble, but harrassment is against the rules.

No offense I have been watching over this guy for the past three days. To me he sounds and thinks like he is the king and can do whatever he wants... I would say sometimes hes nice. But when he is not nice he constantly harasses you swears at you and disrespects you. Overall some kind of punishment should go to this guy so he can learn his lessons.
