Tpahere killing, and refusing to listen when I asked him to give the items back. I know I have said no tpa HERE killing specifically to him in the past. I have jailed him until he agrees to give the equivalent of items back to the person he killed. Here used a salvage anvil on his armor and told so he has to pay him instead.

Tpa kill is allowed. Tpa here is not.
Think about this. You can accept a tpa in your house. A tpahere gives the other player full advantage. It isn't fair to teleport to you and kill them.

My friend work so hard to find all these diamonds in a mine, and he got iron to buy more diamonds to make armor and swords and enchantments, and he was tpa here killed and had to start all over. He was so pissed, and didn't play minecraft for a day.
