A Late Night Caper - delecated - 2013-06-24
It was about 1 o' clock in the morning as I was herding a group of chickens across a vast sea. I started noticing some suspicious happenings in the chat: a lemming event of death falls.
Apparently a person by the name of "leigh" teleported a bunch high above the atmos, and allowed them to plunge to their graves.
It appears that only fh290 witnessed the perpetrator, and mrbean26 only assumed based on his friend's claims.
I then had a sneaking suspicion that I would become the next victim, and my biggest blunder was not acting upon it.
And I too, fell to my death.
Unfortunately, I didn't think to look up to see who was the perpetrator, so I waited a minute on my death screen to see who would pick up my items, and they were left lying there until they were purged.
I soon realised that it was only me and leigh_macpherson on the server at the time (unfortunately, I didn't screenshoot proof), but soon the first victim, katzo0905, returned to the server and I questioned him about the event.
katzo0905 was quick to blame leigh_macpherson, but the suspect's denial was suspiciously sharp.
I began to ponder why authority-esque abilities are awarded to those who can afford it, and while I wasn't targeting leigh directly, she responded to the messages as if I was, adding to my suspicion.
I then remembered I had the F3 data screen toggled, and I cross-referenced the coordinates with leigh's location on the online map and resulted in a positive.

I then presented my claims and the suspect threatened to jail me for my suspicions.
Another victim (that rejoined about ten minutes after katzo) recognised the case and suggested that another donor was the perpetrator. However, leigh continued to respond as if the messages were directed to he/r, setting my suspicions into concrete.
Unfortunately, I believe I don't have enough evidence to prove that leigh_macpherson was the perpetrator behind the tele-skyfall spree, but this case also questions why donors should have abilities that should be used only in the case of authority. This event took place late at night, a time that there are no admins online to moderate the server. With no one on the watch, crimes like this are allowed to go by unchecked, which are perpetuated by the fact that they were abuses of power.
Even though I can't prove who, I would still like the perpetrator to be brought to justice. The scene occurred around 1:00 AM on the 24th of June. If you were a witness to scene, I would like you to post evidence to help prove who.

Ok, so here's the thing.
First, I trust 100% leigh wouldn't do that, I've known the guy. He's made mistakes but he wouldn't do that.
Second, when you're in the air, and you /tphere someone, it teleports them to the block you're over on the ground. Not to the place you are in the air. Unless this donor was using magic carpet, tphereing someone to their carpet, then removing it, you cannot /tphere someone in midair.
So, I don't THINK it was leigh, who did this...but...we'll keep an eye out.

It's most likely your screen resolution. I thought this type of forums came with automatic resize, but apparently it doesn't. If you are on a browser that allows you, right click and view image, it should show you the full image.

I believe Leigh is not the suspect, but two things I noticed in here
Creeper2223 muted that fh kid for advertising, but all he said was skyblock. And skyblock could be thousands of other servers, and he didn't even say an IP.
Also, Varstar was member! I always thought he would be the person who would tp everywhere at spawn with the compass and get into that test xD

If Leigh was standing on a block, then the person could be teleported to that block (if its about ground). If that person is moving they could then walk off the side in a result of dyeing.
from the screenshot of where he died and of where leigh was it looks like leigh did it.
Just my opinion.

Actually he was advertising before this all started happening he was saying wanna join skyblock the ip is (ip) then i said if i hear one more mention of that server it wauold be a 1h mure.

The proof is pretty hardcore, this person had had troubles before, but I think it's safe to say that we can let him go this time, the proof doesn't actually direct to a perpetrator, only instigates one, but I'm glad you put this much time and effort into this, it helps staff.
