Reason: For Multiple attempts to kill a Member a members Non-PVP lapis-block, when the player logged off, tree teleported away and then when he logged back he /tp'ed to the player and continued to kill him in the boundys of the lapis block (PVP BYPASS)
Punishment: 3 Hours, Reported to Inspiron with this screenshot below because we don't want a player with such a high rank to bypass lapis to kill
