Do not impersonate anyone (saying you know the owner, from planetminecraft, etc.)
No asking people to spawn things for you
No killing someone in their home/mine
No scamming
No Excessive cursing or caps lock
No placing preciousstones in random places
No asking to be promoted
No disrespecting higher ranks on the server
No bothering staff if they are obviously busy
No harassing other players on the server
No exchanging passwords on the server in any way (if you get hacked you will get banned)
Have common sense.
No using the magic carpet to annoy/harm anyone in any way
No using the magic carpet in public or crowded areas (like a spawn or any arena)
No abusing your /sethome (pvp camping, etc.)
No sending a tpahere request to someone that does not know what it is.
No repairing items for people for free. (they must give something in return)

If you don't think he should be banned, talk to inspiron about that. But keep in mind that the majority of the McTopian community DID want him banned.

It wasn't up to Mctopian community, out of the blue, he was banned, no poll or anything.
