-I know for a fact that lapis isn't down.
I tested it in the world the issue was in, and it worked-
My friend dabrow is trying to place lapis and diamond blocks in his home, but he can't. They don't do anything. His home was recently majorly griefed, so I gave him some iron to help him get started again. He bought diamond blocks from me for a reasonable price. [Note- I normally don't act as a shop, especially when the item is old in the shop, but this player's house was just destroyed along with all his chests, so i cut him some slack. he didn't have any diamonds] he bought lapis from the shop.
When he places them, they don't so anything. He says he doesn't even get a message in the chat.
Does anyone have any ideas on what may be happening, and how to fix it?

The way to reverse it is /ps on
If it wasn't obvious. xD
