This guys looks like hes hacking big time.
The rate this dude was catching fish is insane, let alone he's level 443 fishing and has been on the server three days.

That doesn't mean he's clean, I know this has been said before but Mcbans come from servers with the Mcbans plugin (which most servers don't have). He might have not been banned yet from any server, but then again there is no way we can figure It out simply because he could have gotten banned on servers that didnt have Mcbans.
