okay so i was in some pvp arena thing and i was spectating in gm 1 so lord_nick said oh no fly mode or godmode so i was in gamemode so i went and checked the rules, saw that there was a sign saying no gamemode and the lord_nick jailed me for 5 hours!!! he really should have jail permenently taken away...

Tree you never do tell the story correctly, what happened was Tree tped to Brian will who I was 1v1ing at /warp godwars (Made by BKreitz) and there is the rules there posted 4 times. There is even a warp to spectate but Tree ignored the warp and flew around the arena several times within god and fly or Gamemode. I warned him that it was against the rules of the warp he went up to the spectating place, I was happy he listened but not long after the fight he used fly and god or gamemode yet again. He started using magic carpet too so then I jailed him.

Tree, he shouldn't get his jailing abilities taken away because he jailed you, and YOU think its wrong. woof.

the staff members normally handle things like this, and the donators keep the situation in hand until staff comes.

Hi there.
If he hadn't seen the rules, maybe it was because he was maybe TPING TO SOMEONE NOT BY THE RULES and then wanting to watch to fight, and not noticing the rules while flying around, watching the fight. Also, the spectating warp doesn't have any rules last time I saw it.
It just says there isn't pvp...

He was on in trouble because he was flying around the arena itself not the spectating place... And if he tped to someone it's his own fault, he tped without permission.

Did you even read what I wrote.
He didn't see the rules.
And you seem to have just jailed him.
He has never been there before,
and was tping to his friend to watch him/her fight...
