I've been trying to write a book for a while now and I have most of my main characters outlined, but I can't decide on what kind of world I want them to be in!!!!! This is extremely frustrating >:I LOL! This will be a book for a younger audience, so I'm coming to you guys for some input, if you would be so kind! :3 I'm planning on writing about a group of friends (around 13-16) that are put into a survival type situation and have to work together or fail together and make new friends along the journey. That's just how I'd like it to flow, but I'm fuzzy on the details because I'm not sure what they'll be facing just yet. I like supernatural stuff, so I'll start there, lol!

Silly: a platypus with purple wings that can breathe fire
Realistic: well it's mythical, so how about a tiger-lizard! :3
Weird/different: A flying whale. No srsly. A flying whale or narwhal. It flies through the air like its swimming.
