What did he do that was so bad other than grief a house in a town of him where he asked them not to build?

I jailed him the other day, but I'm not sure who banned him. He doesn't deserve a Ban as far as I am concerned, unless he did something that I am unaware of. It seems fishy to me that people are being banned with the "no appeal" description, soI think I'll ask inspiron about it the next time I see him.
