i think i should become mod because i would like to try stop all the griefing in mctopia and if not posible i understand. and if i can become mod i will try my best.

Add a lot more.
Look at some other apps.
A great example is Emmy's or Monsters.
You're also missing a lot of key elements.

MOd is a staff rank, you can just say one sentence. Try looking at the other mod apps, but downt completely copy.
But here is some advice,
-Get well known
-Always go on the forums
-Be responsible!!
Some others will give you some advice better than mine, and the thingy (sorry forgot the name) Says "If it is not near perfect you probably won't have a chance"

Blade acts immaturely, hasn`t been on the server very long (that I know of), and isn't known too well. Also, if you don't care enough to put some effort into your app (reading other apps, writing lenthly justified reasons) then you should not be a Moderator. I'm sorry for being harsh, but I don't think you'd be a good Mod.

You could at least be optimistic with him. Like, "You could get Mod if you work really hard!" But still, it needs to be longer.

You have to apply, and work for mod for a reason! It's a staff rank that is only for trustworthy players. That's why we stopped people from buying mod c:
