Jam's Mod Application - Jamourous - 2013-02-04
Hello! I'm Jamourous, and I am hoping to become a Mod on McTopia
I'd like to clear one thing up first, I am very well aware that this is VERY hypocritical of me to post such an application, as my comments about 'asking to be staff are "breaking rules" have not been favourable. I can however say that as there is now a dedicated area for these, I will at least try. My motto for life is Write the Book by Helping Others and I believe becoming a Mod is true to this Motto.
As many of you know, I have recently returned to playing the server more often, but whenever I could, I would check the server was ok, even if I was busy. Now, Lets get onto why I should be a Mod:
1 - What can I offer to the Server?
I will not be untruthful here, and I honestly say, that becoming a Mod will help people, as people already ask me for help, and I have to turn their requests for grief repair away as my current ranking (VIP-Obsidian) cannot allow me to do everything I am asked to do. During the times I log on (7-8/9pm weekdays, Who Knows on the weekends (AEST), There is not many people on, but the people that are on are Members. I feel that everyone deserves to have a helpful person online at all times. And with the helpful people that can be Mod with, It is a too big opportunity not to at least try to become a further part of McTopia. I have assisted the server in many ways. I often fix up spawn and high traffic areas to make them look better to new players. I also assist many players to gather supplies, and trade with players. I have also supported the server financially, by donating $60 to keep it alive. I want to keep McTopia a viable server, and donating provides me with the assurance it will be. I often ask "Does anyone need any help?" and go around personally, making sure there are no 'silent griefers' lurking around. I often take time to thank people for doing good deeds and for engaging actively in the community.
2 - What relationships do I have with the established staff and Players of McTopia?
Lets start at the beginning. I started this server in 2011 by the (Awesome) reccomendation of Metazard, who I am IRL friends with and see him as a Lifelong friend to me. Metazard has now become a very influential member of the McTopia community and I look up to him as a mentor. I also classify everyone on McTopia a massive part of the community and I get along with most people on the server. Such people include Chall, Tobii-Tot, Qu3stionmark, Varstar, Leigh, Mcman, Meta, The list could go on for days. I acknowledge however, that there are people on McTopia that I don't get along with, or Don't know as well as the other members, but that is the pitfalls of life, and I apologise for that. I look up to everyone who goes about their jobs on McTopia with Valour and Integrity, and thank you for the tireless work you people give to the others of McTopia.
3 - Have I been in trouble before?
Not of note, which I am very proud of, and I intend to keep that way. As a highly known player of McTopia, comes the responsibility to act like the model player. I have upheld the values of McTopia in the past, and will be maintained now, and into the future.
4 - Anything else?
I attempt to make every time I come on a great experience for others. That is just who I am. I was raised to be selfless, and that is not about to change. I know I do have my weaknesses, I'm not denying it. I do however hope these weaknesses don't overshadow me as a player. I am honest, Fair and a firm believer in doing all I can to help others. I will not let you down Ladies and Gentlemen, I promise.

You might have your timing a bit mixed up.
I joined about a year ago, and meta joined after me. You probably meant 2012. C:
