Good.
I see a jail as a detention, and a temp-ban as a suspension.
I think we need to temp-day for a day when a person in jailed more than once during a week.
If people like this idea, I think it would work.

This guy has been jailed for almost 10 times now.
We at least need to make it 2 days or something.

Let x be times jailed, and y be days banned.
y= x÷2
x|y
___
1|0.5
2| 1
3| 1.5
4| 2
5| 2.5
and so on.
y=x÷2
y=10÷2
y=5
So he'd be banned for 5 days.

My alternate method- (too complicated for some people)
Let a the first jail time, let b be the second jail time, let c be the normal jail time for the second jail, let x be the normal 3rd jail time and y be the ban time.
a+c=b
2(a+b+x)=y
So someone griefs. (small)
a= 1 hour
The they home kill WITHIN a week
Homekill would be an hour.
We need to find b
and a+c=b
Plug it in.
1 hour+ 1 hour= 2 hours
That will be the second jail time.
If they are jailed again WITHIN one week of the SECOND jail,
we need to find
2(a+b+x)=y
Lets say they grief a lot, and are jailed for a day.
That is x
a=1 hour
b=1 hour
x=1 day
1 hour + 1 hour + 1 day * 2 = y
1 day, 2 hours *2 = y
2 days, 4 hours = y
y = ban time
So they'd be banned for 2 days, and four hours.
It is a simple formula, once you get it.
I can turn ANYTHING into an equation.

I understand math, i just dont think math is the solution here. You have to know when things go to far. instead of making this a math equation, make it to where he learns his lesson. if he does it again? tempban longer. the point is, sometimes, you have to think with the compassion portion of your brain, as well as logic. it isnt always about what the most logical. Ethos, Boo(ethic). We have been using the Logos method( (logic) for the past 10 times he has been jailed, and it's not working. Lets try another approach.
