I CARNT SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!
Ever since I pulled All-Nighters, I always slept in the morning and woke up in the afternoon xD
Since school is back…I can't go to sleep then I'll end up tired in PE then I go to sleep at Lunch…
HALP ME! Do I stay awake and wait until Night Time or should I try to sleep right now… (I CAN'T)

You drink night time cold medicine, to make you drowsy. That's what I do xD

i commonly have this problem. you have to do one of two things, and neither is easy. you either have to suck it up and not sleep untill nighttime, and i mean like 9 or ten, trust me it sucks, or you have to make yourself sleep. thats actually harder, you have to bore yourself unconscious.

What's happening now is that I go to sleep in the afternoon.
Then I wake up at Night and stay up xD
I woke up at 3:00 AM and that was an hour ago.
