I don't know if you guys read the updates on the homepage, but I certainly do. I'm sure some of you do - if not all.

This morning I read this and got quite excited:

"I am proud to announce the change of hardware our server will be running on. I was very fortunate to get such an extraordinary machine for McTopia. The machine has 32GB of RAM (upgradable up to 192GB) dual Quad core Intel Xeon Processors with hyperthreading (total of 16 cores). As for what it means for the players on McTopia; there will be much decreased downtime (if any), there will be a new flat world plus a another nether generated when 1.5 comes out. This also opens up the possibilities of having more than one server. (tekkit?) With this hardware, anything is possible. If you see that the server goes down for maintenance sometime in the next week, you will know what it is. I will be having a discussion in the forum about some suggestions on what we can do. The future of McTopia is here, thank you for being a part of it."

Less down time, a possible new server!? A new flatland world, maybe it could be a peaceful world - With no pvp?

what would be cool is if we can buy a plot there 30x30 and build things in there. And have it locked so only the person who owns it can enter <img src=" title="Very Happy">.

Inspiron could also have a Different Donate system for the tekkit server.
So SD must start afresh on the other server <img src=" title="Razz">
And have Donate buffs like /kit Donate1 Which may have 1iron and stone tools
and donate2 might have 5iron and food and an ironpick <img src=" title="Razz">

Portal gun griefing
You shoot a portal gun onto the moon then shoot it at a block and it sucks stuff into it
Anyways I don't know about the creative thing, some people payed hard money to get creative on this server, they might be disappointed or feel cheated if a creative server comes up

I personally hate free build creative servers.
I want a server with PvP OFF!!
A peaceful, fun survival server!
We'd have only the /lock commands. We wouldn't have set homes, so it encourages us make small towns!

Adding a tekkit server may increase mctopia's popularity.
More people on
More donating happens
More server upgrades
