Today on the server Zero108 and Kmario64 were just fiddling around and kmario64 TPAed to Zero and Homekilled him, then zero demanded his stuff back then he TPAed to kmario and homekilled him, so its a double homekill and they both need to be jailed

but, if you DO jail. jail the one who homekilled first for a longer time, and the one who did it second for a shorter time.

Think of it this way-
Person A griefs person B
Person B greifs for revenge
They both should be jailed for grief, right?

and it IS different, because home-killing is easier fixed than griefing is.

I disagree.
You can replace blocks, but it is harder to get people's items back.
We don't have proof anyway, no one is being jailed.

erm, it IS easy to get the items back. simply kill the person XD or invsee them. and plus, griefing is more tedious to fix, since we no longer have rollback...
