It seems it might be a higher rank my friend told me his account info so I could unjail and unmute myself because there was nobody who claimed to have jailed and/or muted me and no forums post. Once I got back on I was talking for a bit I relogged and was rejailed and remuted I waited a while then checked my friend's account incase someone jailed him and he was jailed and muted as well.
