I have been testing passwords for hailstorm's account, to see if she was hacked or not. I cannot rule out the fact that she may of been hacked.
I found something that shocked me.
I guessed the correct password. I was an inside joke between me and....
Uciha.
Uciha and i have a shared email account, for a you-tube channel.
And guess what. That was the email used.
I am pleased to announce that these follow facts are true.
-Hailstorm was hacked.
-The hacker was uciha_madara_1
If anyone else wants things investigated, tell me.

He wanted revenge on hailstorm for some reason.

I'm shocked he would target YOU.
The funny thing is, he used a inside joke between me and him. If he didn't want it to be discovered, he wouldn't of done that.
He knew i would try to solve it. So, why would he want me to know?
Current questions to be solved-
Why did uciha want "revenge" on hailstorm?
Why did uciha target silver?
Why did he want ME to guess the password?
