im pretty sure you can, because if you couldnt, people would just donate for VIP-Diamond, than get skills, then donate more for obsidian

Yep because in the end you would lose no money, but gain skills. Yes Matt you can get skills for donating, I was on the day it was announced. So go and buy that rank xD
