~Light or medium blue eyes.
~THIS IS A HARD REQUEST: Try to mimic her World Is Mine costume <img src=" title="Very Happy"> Iz a challenge. If you don't wanna, then any old Hatsune outfit is alright.
~Mascara is a good thing <img src=" title="Very Happy">

PANDA (easy)
~Light blue eyes
~Panda on top of head <img src=" title="Very Happy"> see MY skin for reference.
~On the back, a hot pink "T".
~Shorts or skirt <img src=" title="Very Happy">
~Black shoes. Panda feet are black, right?
~Try to make the whole thing themed around pandas. Pandaspandaspandas...I like pandas <img src=" title="Very Happy"> Like black and white I suppose. :lol: :lol: :lol:
