NEI is TMI with more options.
You have different modes. That is recipe mode, and there is cheat mode where you can spawn stuff.
You can set the weather, time of day, and change gamemode without typing things with NEI.

There will be flat world, but only for people that can spawn items. PVP will be off in that world. The server will be arriving around Friday. The server might be down for more than 1 day, if things go well, it might only be down for a couple hours. I need to be on top of my game!
