If I don't defend myself when someone insults me, or says something about me that isn't true, I feel like I agree with them.
"You're ugly!"

"I'm having a bad hair day, but I'm not ugly."
I really try. I look back on everything I say. The things I say I feel strongly about, and I will NOT take it back.
If I say something, and someone says its insulting, guess what I say?
"Oops! Sorry! I meant to say [...]"
