Is that a McTopia browser :O Your Browser is dedicated to McTopia xD
And yes, he does have the server whitelisted. The IP is easy to figure out, he would not waste two of his own servers to run just one thing. He runs the webserver and minecraft server on one server in his rack server.

Meta, I am talking about the main post screenshot.
And the server IP is the same as the website, because Inspiron would not waste two of his servers for two different IPs for one server.

Lol, try it then. Try typing Tekkit.mctopia.us, and tell me if it works. XD trust me, I've tried before he let me on.
