If we use the data provided, and that dark only owns the middle plot, only the middle plot should given away, as the others were promised ownership of the land for purchase or for helping dark build the kingdom. Which in ethical reasoning should give the builders their promised land, otherwise the lose out on their side of the deal, which was a 100 x 100 landmass.

So I believe that the land should go back to the helpers as they helped build it giving then joint ownership after DarkGamers depart.
