Why would I make my own format when the format given to me is designed to make a good app. Of course I didn't follow it word for word, but that's like being given a stencil, then throwing it away?
There's no good reason to do it. It's there to help you?

I disagree, I personally think it does matter greatly if someone is a brick wall.
Because being staff means you will have to execute order FAIRLY.
Some people just can't do that with some friends.
Ergo punishments may be bias. And what example is that setting?
Every staff team needs some sort of unbias judge.

I don't think he pays much attention to how many friends you have. I think the admins know not to approve someone who is a social butterfly. Inspiron listens to his admins, who are on much more than he is.

Disregarding your app, you aren't on that much. When you are on, you just about only talk to Tobi. You don't often talk to anyone else, and I never see you on when Tobi isn't on.

If you would pay closer attention to my app, I explained this. I wasn't able to get on during week days, but I will be able to now. The thing with Tobi shouldn't be a problem.
