No because there are some untrustworthy SuperDonators I will not name them. So if there is that rule if one of the SuperDonators want someone banned but they don't want to get demoted they would just jail them for a unvalid reason and when they get out they will jail them,and then they will jail the again and then they will be banned. So my opinon is no.Thank ou for your time
