The thread snapped hard and fast for me about a month ago. Another is being offered, but the conditions seem to be too difficult for him to grab onto and be lifted back up.

The thread snapped hard for me about a week ago. I'd say just to put him on a tight leash. If he uses more than one capital per word, immediate mute. If he spams, immediate mute. If he breaks some sort of rule, jail for a bit longer than normally expected. Nothing is getting through to him. If he STILL won't listen after we crack down on him, and he STILL won't stop fooling around on serious reports, I say we ban for about a month.
