In light of recent events, I have decided to not vouch for 1258933 ("Patrick") for the following reasons.
He was recently jailed for fly PVP, and when a explanation was given, he wrote:

He also spams the forums, with posts such as his own jail explanation. This also shows that he is not mature and not able to effectively solve problems, should they arise.
This behaviour is not what I expect from a moderator. I do not recommend the promotion of 1258933 for the reasons above.

Ok, so the spelling is better now. My next complaint about the writing is about organization. This application lacks organization. I feel like it doesn't provide enough information, and that the information provided is just repeated multiple times to give the illusion of content. I say no.
