Staff are the only people who have the right to say that. There are a lot of things we consider when we ban, and it really grinds my gears when someone who doesn't even have the command to ban someone says that a person will be banned.

It just makes me mad when someone that has no power to ban someone declares they will be banned. That's my job.
Next time you feel someone is going to be banned, try to phrase it in a way to suggest it instead of demand. You're words still mean a lot, but when you say it the way you did, you make yourself sound like someone who can do what ever he wants.
