His application is not up to par with other, comparable staff applications, as it is barely readable, not well set out, and ineffective in exhibiting his true intentions.

I apologize hockey but it appears as if most of the community voted against your application. It's a factor of maturity that causes the disapproval. It's just a matter of time...handling your thoughts and getting a firm grip on what to say is the only thing that takes a little while to get a hold of. You're a good kid! Just give it some time.

If I'm going to say negativity about someone, I'd rather give reasons, than be vague and say "No, you are immature, do not be mod."
Rejection needs to be more than one sentence
