I just meant my tardis account, I wrote a 3rd person version before, then removed that part since I forgot I already revealed.

uh I kinda asked inspiron on this one. Yet again, it is scamming if you /tpa and you kill them right away. When the person has the item it isn't scamming, they got the item there for the transaction is finished and it is of your duty to get out of that spot and go to somewhere safe. If you are trading outside a house, or at a random place that is your fault. Trade in your home or at spawn. Chall I don't think you are thinking hard on this one. And I wouldn't /eban a person for this reason. You and me both know you wouldn't either.

I wouldn't if I didn't have to talk to him about it every week. He always uses the same excuse to. "No one told me this is a rule" only works one when the same person told you 5 times. If me jailing him isn't sinking in, maybe having to appeal will.
