1. There is no way to actually decide who is better fairly
2. Say you did, people will not agree, get angry, abuse, etc.
3. There aren't enough people to mantain it.
4. If you decide via point system, it evokes a popularity contest.

It's like a school election. It's just a popularity contest. No matter what the actual candidate says, it's just based on popularity.
