Lets maybe clean up the line breaks and capital letters, and add some periods.

Other then that:

I think, that the first sentence/line is a good point, and I agree with you on that. Also, you imply that only with Admin will you not break rules, and if this is true, please fix your behavior before O.o, if not, it is a gramatical error and should be fixed to avoid confusion.

pretty good. my main concern is that admin might be a bit too high of a star. idk just my opinion. you DEFINETELY deserve a higher rank, but admin is kinda for ppl that have been on for a REALLY REALLY long time. just saying <img src=" title="Very Happy"> but you DO deserve a promote! <img src=" title="Very Happy">
