Slurpie: Come on slurpie, we've been mates since you we're a mod, you and I both known you've changed. You used to be very laid back and when you got SD you became a lot stricter. Maybe a bit too strict. I think you need to be a bit more lenient in some cases because, don't forget, the people we are jailing are just kids. Kids make mistakes, I know I made TONS.

So, now this is stated, I would like to point out even though I vote you guys for admin, you do have room for improvement. I'm not saying your bad, I'm saying you're nearly the best you can be, but you just need to aim higher, to do your very best and nothing lower.

You don't need to put me up, I don't need people to vote for me to raise my self esteem. Talking about self esteem, that's kinda the whole posts purpose, I think Inspiron knows that the reason why people vote for each other is because they're good friends, not because they do their job well. Not that you guys do it badly or anything. I don't really like these posts, it ruins people faith in themselves if they don't get votes, surely it would make you feel bad. Guys, don't worry about these posts, just do the best you can. Hopefully the people I mentioned will take my advice. Don't feel down guys you're all wonderful people, just MAKE others see it if they don't already
